Pelvic Health Occupational Therapy, Delivered
Personalized, whole-person care—whether that means meeting face-to-face in the comfort of your home or connecting virtually, we’ll choose the setting that fits your needs.
Concierge OT Means:
I come to You - where you feel most comfortable.
In most cases, we can work together in your home or virtually.
To begin care, a referral from your medical provider is required. This helps support communication between providers, ensures safe and appropriate care, and may help protect your ability to use FSA/HSA funds for occupational therapy services.
I offer private-pay services and provide documentation (superbills) upon request, which some clients use for reimbursement.
My goal is to partner with you—to build your awareness, skills, and confidence so that, over time, you can carry out your plan independently.
Sessions are always confidential, respectful, and tailored to your individual goals.
Therapy Rates
I am a private pay (cash-based) occupational therapy provider, which means I do not bill insurance. This allows me to offer personalized, flexible, and high-quality care without the limitations or delays often tied to insurance approval.
Payment is due at the time of service, and I gladly accept cash, check, credit card, FSA, or HSA. If you’d like to seek reimbursement through your insurance, I can provide a superbill upon request—a detailed receipt you can submit to your provider.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you—to help you get the support you need while also respecting your budget and values. This model gives us more freedom to focus on what truly matters: creating a plan that fits your goals, your schedule, and your season of life.
If you have any questions about costs or reimbursement options, I’m happy to help walk you through it.
Therapy rates as follows:
Free 30 minute discovery call
$275 for the initial intake appointment, which lasts 90 minutes
$200 for 60 minute treatment sessions
Travel fee to be determined depending on location
